SEN Learning Support Assistant

Primary School based in Aldershot

Start date: ASAP

Full time/Permanent

£13.75 an hour.

Applicants should have:

Previous experience of working with SEN children within a primary setting

Can support the children to become independent learners

Has knowledge of KS1/KS2

An enhanced child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:

Has a passion for working with children, and helping them improve in character through developing their resilience and mindset

Is flexible, energetic, resilient and committed to working with all children, including those who may need higher levels of support in order to learn

Has the creativity to design activities for the year group to encourage and engage children

Knows and is interested in how children learn

Knows the importance of keeping children safe

Is a team player, able to inspire and work in partnership with staff, parents and pupils
