Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: November 2025

Daily Rate: £95-£105

Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)

Location: Croydon, South London

Academics, one of London's leading education recruitment agencies, is now hiring enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants to join the team.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support learners aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.

Work within small class groups (around 8-10 pupils) alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.

Help deliver personalised support, build trust with pupils, and create a safe, engaging learning space.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to ensure each student thrives.

Be willing to support with personal care and swimming sessions if required.Who We're Looking For:
