Location: Southall, West London (Easily accessible via the Elizabeth Line and local bus routes)

Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day

Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week), Term-Time Only (TTO)

Key Duties:

Deliver targeted 1:1 support to assigned pupils, focusing on overcoming learning barriers and boosting classroom confidence.

Lead small group interventions in literacy and numeracy to help raise attainment levels under the teacher's guidance.

Manage classroom behavior proactively, implementing the school's positive behavior policy to maintain a focused learning environment.

Prepare bespoke learning materials and interactive resource packs tailored to the diverse needs of the students.

Escort and supervise pupils safely during key transition periods, including playground breaks, lunchtimes, and local school trips.What You Need:

Experience working with children in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills alongside a patient, empathetic personality.
