Veritas Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across Guildford and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for full–time supply work or just a few days each week, we offer flexible opportunities that allow you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience across a variety of high–quality Early Years settings.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children aged 0–5 years, helping to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where every child can learn, develop, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.

What We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent qualification (essential).Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A flexible attitude and genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, play–based learning experiences.Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play.Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development.Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.Work collaboratively with nursery teams to provide high–quality care and education.
