Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Narborough
Salary: Upto £32,500
Hours: Full-time or part-time, permanent
Our client, a well-established early years setting, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.
This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early education and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The Role
*
Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children in line with the EYFS
*
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
*
Carry out observations, assessments and maintain accurate records
*
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
*
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team
*
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
*
Support children’s routines including mealtimes, sleep times and personal care
The Ideal Candidate
*
Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*
Previous experience working within an early years setting
*
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
*
A warm, caring and professional approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Committed to high standards of care and education
