Full-time | £90-£95 per day | Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

Academics are working with a primary school in Slough seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychology Graduate Intervention Assistant to support students with additional learning or emotional needs.

Your Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Intervention Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to pupils' academic, emotional, or behavioural needs.

Support inclusive learning by adapting lesson materials and creating a safe, engaging environment.

Monitor progress and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to review strategies.

Offer emotional and social support, helping students in Slough schools build confidence and resilience.

Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure consistent, holistic support.What We're Looking For:
