Programme Administrator

3–month Temporary Contract

19.92 per hour (PAYE)

Central London (Hybrid)

2.5 days per week (including Mondays)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a national organisation supporting high–impact programmes that shape nursing excellence across the UK. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment and enjoys varied, meaningful work.

The Role

You'll provide high–quality administrative and organisational support across projects, meetings and academy workstreams. Working closely with senior leaders, members and internal teams, you'll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day–to–day operations.

This is a part–time position, working 2.5 days per week, with Mondays forming a core working day. The assignment will run for an initial 3–month period.

Key responsibilities include:

Project & programme support across multiple workstreamsDiary, travel and expenses coordinationMeeting administration including agendas, minutes and action trackingFinancial administration including processing invoices, expenses and bookingsStakeholder communication with staff, members and external partnersSupporting CRM use, document formatting and internal processesContributing to continuous improvement across administrative systemsExperience:

Strong background in administrative roles supporting a teamConfident building relationships at all levelsExperience improving administrative processesExcellent customer service skillsSkills:

Clear written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to take ownership of tasks and support multiple projects simultaneouslyMinute–taking and meeting support experienceMicrosoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Accurate data entry and invoice/expense processing skillsHigh attention to detailThis is a brilliant short–term opportunity to support impactful work within a respected national body.
