Supply Teaching Assistant – Regular School Cover

Location: Dudley, Halesowen & Stourbridge, West Midlands

Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply

Salary: Competitive Daily Rates – Dependent on Experience

The Role – Supply Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable Teaching Assistants to provide regular support across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Dudley, Halesowen, and Stourbridge areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development while enjoying the flexibility of supply work. Opportunities are available for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and long-term placements.

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to gain further experience within education, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils where required

* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

* Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities

* Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and progress

* Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

The Successful Candidate Will:

* Have previous experience working with children or within a school setting

* Be patient, proactive, and adaptable

* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Be confident supporting pupils across a range of abilities and age groups

* Work effectively as part of a team

* Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for education

* Hold a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
