Primary Teaching Assistant

Term Time Teachers are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on an ad–hoc and temp–to–perm basis across Hastings and the surrounding areas.

We work with a variety of fantastic schools, including mainstream primary and SEN settings, who are looking for support staff to cover day–to–day absence, short–term roles, and longer–term placements – many of which lead to permanent positions.

What we're looking for:

Experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 2/3 desirable but not essential)

Strong classroom management and a flexible, can–do attitude

Confidence supporting pupils in small groups or 1:1, including those with SEN

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Willingness to travel to schools in and around Hastings
