Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the Redruth area? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team, supporting primary schools across the West Cornwall on a supply basis.
Location: Redruth and surrounding areas
Availability: Full-time or part-time - you choose!
About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of primary settings, offering support to both teachers and pupils. Whether you're looking for regular work or a few days a week, we can find the right fit for your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils in the classroom with learning and development
Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks and activities
Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
Creating a positive and engaging learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children (in school or similar setting)
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
