Primary School Teacher

First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch, supporting pupils in Year 3.

This is a full–time position until December 2026, offering the opportunity to deliver high–quality teaching within a supportive and well–structured school environment.

Primary Teacher role requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching within a UK primary school settingStrong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A proactive and reflective approach to teaching Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Teacher will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculumDifferentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needsMonitor, assess and track pupil progress Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
