Contract: Full–Time,

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (Depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our specialist team, working with pupils aged 5–11 who have a range of complex needs including SLD and associated communication and sensory needs. You will deliver a highly personalised curriculum that prioritises communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Experience or genuine interest in working with pupils with SLD, PMLD or complex needs

Strong curriculum knowledge with the ability to adapt and differentiate learning effectively

A child–centred approach, with high expectations for every learner

Resilient, nurturing, and reflective in your teaching practice

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
