Are you a dedicated and adaptable primary school teacher in the Telford area looking for a flexible role within a supportive school environment?

As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

-Delivering well-planned, engaging and purposeful lessons across Early Years to Year 6

-Maintaining strong classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour and engagement

-Supporting pupil progress during classes and release time

-Working collaboratively with other class teachers, teaching assistants and wider school staff

-Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition and inclusion

-Ensuring continuity, consistency and high standards in teaching and learning

-Adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs

-Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

To be successful in this role you must:

-Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

-Have experience teaching across Primary Schools

-Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups

-Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour management and communication skills

-Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities

-Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging and inspiring lessons

-Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential
