Description
Teaching within EYFS and/or Year 1.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early education and committed to providing engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
The role:
Teach and deliver engaging lessons within EYFS and/or Year 1
Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the Early Years/KS1 curriculum
Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Support children's academic, social and emotional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Contribute positively to the wider school communityThe successful candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven teaching experience within EYFS and/or Year 1
A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS/KS1 curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A nurturing, patient and child-centred approach
The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
