Location: Croydon, South LondonPosition: Primary Class TeacherStart Date: October 2025Pay: GBP3,500 - GBP4,500 per month

Veritas Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Croydon to recruit a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their team from November 2025.

This OFSTED-rated 'Good' school is well-regarded for its inclusive ethos, engaging curriculum, and strong commitment to helping every child reach their full potential - both academically and personally. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a primary class, delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons that nurture curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons, building meaningful relationships with pupils and families, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

The Ideal Primary Class Teacher Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)

Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable, though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment framework

Main Responsibilities Include: Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to inform effective teaching
