Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Key Stage 2 team, supporting teachers and support staffEnsure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement across the phaseOversee curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policiesMonitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to whole-school improvementProvide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for colleaguesFoster a caring, inclusive, and faith-driven environment for all learners What the School Offers:
