Job Requirements

GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths.

Experience in pastoral care, youth work, or counselling preferred.

DBS check required.

Training in mental health or safeguarding (e.g., Mental Health First Aid) advantageous.

Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
