Nursery Room Leader

Are you a passionate and motivated early years practitioner ready to take the lead? We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive nursery team.

About the Role

As Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inspiring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You will lead by example, guiding your team to deliver exceptional care and high-quality learning opportunities in line with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily practice and routine within your designated room

Provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences

Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed

Support, mentor, and motivate your room team

Build strong relationships with children and families

Monitor and track children's development, ensuring each child's individual needs are met

Contribute to planning, observations, and reports

Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years/Childcare

Experienced in a nursery setting, ideally with some leadership responsibilities

Confident in supporting staff and communicating effectively with parents

Passionate xjnqpsq about child development and early education

Knowledgeable of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

Organised, enthusiastic, and proactive
