Nursery Practitioner – Deanshanger (CACHE Level 2 or 3)

Full Time • Monday–Friday • 8:00am–5:30pm • ASAP Start Small, Local Nursery • Highly Competitive Weekly Pay

APT Education, a trusted, founder‑led Early Years specialist, is recruiting a full‑time Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 2 or higher) for a warm, friendly, family‑feel nursery near Deanshanger. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive team where children are genuinely at the heart of everything.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience working in a nursery setting, confident supporting babies, toddlers or pre‑school children in a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment.

The Role

You will support children with:

Early development and learning

*

Speech, language & communication

*

Social and emotional skills

*

Play‑based activities and routines

*

Daily care, wellbeing and safety

Daily responsibilities include:

*

Supporting key‑worker activities

*

Leading small‑group learning

*

Helping with routines, meals and transitions

*

Creating a warm, engaging learning environment

*

Working closely with the nursery team and parents

What We’re Looking For

*

CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting

*

Warm, caring, patient personality

*

Confident supporting early development

*

Available full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:30pm

*

DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

*
