Winner Education are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a nursery based in the Banbury area. The nursery has an outstanding reputation and is an ever–growing nursery chain with over 300 nurseries in the UK and abroad. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments which make a real difference to the lives of all children! This a full time, permanent position. Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role. You must have a minimum of either an NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.

The successful Nursery Manager will be required to:

Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day to day operation of the nurseryLead, mentor and inspire the teamPrevious experience of working within Early Years as a Manager or Deputy ManagerEnsure essential everyday tasks are completedHave an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculumDeliver outstanding care and education opportunitiesConduct regular appraisals and CPD opportunities for their staffHave exceptional behaviour managementBe the designated safeguard leadAttend training sessions and lead all staff meetingsSupport with staff recruitmentEnsure policies and procedures are adhered toHave a passion for developing children ready for their school journeyBe resilient and strong–willedDisplay the skills to be a effective role model
