Essential Requirement

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (essential)

What you’ll be doing

Assist the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery

Ensure all children receive rich, stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development

Develop open, positive, and professional working relationships with staff

Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice

Support the Nursery Manager to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training outcomes

Assist in delivering agreed occupancy targets

Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers

Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring all complaints and concerns are resolved promptly and escalated to the Regional Manager where required
