Salary: GBP14.25 – GBP15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small 40–place nursery in York, offering a welcoming and supportive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. The nursery has a friendly team who work together to provide a positive experience for every child.

The nursery is looking to take on a full–time Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be based within the preschool room, supporting children's learning and development through engaging EYFS activities while helping to maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

Level 2 Early Years qualificationExperience working with children within an Early Years or nursery settingKnowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFSA passion for supporting children's learning and developmentA positive and enthusiastic approachThe ability to work effectively as part of a welcoming nursery team In return for the above you can expect to receive:
