Are you a newly qualified teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching career in a supportive and welcoming primary school?
Teaching Tomorrow is working with a range of excellent primary schools across Bedfordshire, offering exciting opportunities for newly qualified teachers to join their teams from September 2026.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and passionate ECTs who are eager to make a positive difference to children's learning and development. Whether you are looking for your first permanent teaching position or would like to gain experience across different schools, we can help you find the right opportunity.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils Assessing and monitoring pupil progress Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers Contributing to the wider life of the school Requirements
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing their ECT year Have a genuine passion for working with children in a primary school setting Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high–quality teaching Have strong communication and organisational skills Be willing to learn and develop professionally Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents Benefits
