Job Type: Daily Supply, Long Term (5 days a week)

Pay Rate: 140 – 200 per day

Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher for a full–time, long–term position or daily supply at a secondary school in Peterborough. As a Maths Teacher, you'll inspire students to develop problem–solving and numeracy skills. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues. The ideal Maths Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS, and early career teachers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons.

Support student understanding of mathematical concepts.

Assess and monitor student progress in maths.

Collaborate with other Maths Teachers and staff.

Support school academic goals and exam preparation.

Requirements:

QTS or QTLS certification.

PGCE or equivalent qualification.

Passion for teaching maths.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Early career teachers are welcome to apply.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.

Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
