Job Title: SEN LSA

Location: Exeter

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Do you have experience supporting children and young people with SEN?

Are you confident supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour?

Can you adapt your approach to ensure learning is tailored to each individual child’s needs?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with SEN schools in Exeter that support children and young people with a range of additional needs. The schools provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment, with learning adjusted to meet the individual needs and abilities of each child.

The successful SEN LSA will have:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN

Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour

Confidence adapting support to meet individual learning needs

A patient and resilient approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A positive and proactive attitude
