About You – Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Northampton

The successful candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or a relevant equivalentHave experience supporting children within a primary school or similar educational settingProvide effective classroom support across different subjects and year groupsWork confidently alongside the class teacher and wider support teamDeliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groupsAdapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needsSupport pupils with additional learning needs where requiredPromote positive behaviour through consistent and encouraging strategiesBuild strong and positive relationships with pupilsBe patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
