**Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity?**

Aspire People are currently recruiting **Level 3 Teaching Assistants** for primary schools across Manchester.

Schools are now back and we're seeing a range of support staff requirements, from general classroom support through to targeted interventions and 1:1 work.

We're particularly interested in Level 3 practitioners who have **recent UK school experience** and can confidently support pupils both academically and pastorally.

**Your Responsibilities May Include:**

* Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support

* Delivering Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions

* Supporting pupils with SEND

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation

* Supporting differentiated learning

* Monitoring pupil progress

* Feeding back to teaching staff

* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines

* Encouraging pupil independence and confidence

* Working alongside teachers and wider support staff

**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:**

* **Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent**

* Recent UK primary school experience

* Experience delivering interventions

* Good knowledge of the primary curriculum

* Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and needs

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Patient, proactive and reliable approach

Experience supporting **SEND or SEMH pupils** would be particularly advantageous.
