What We're Looking For:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play–based and structured activities Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children The Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required What Teaching Tomorrow Offers:
