Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Support and Inspire Pupils in Watford

Position Details
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £83 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for children needing additional help.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Encourage and motivate learners to build confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
Requirements
Recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience supporting children in an educational setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
