We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join two welcoming and growing nursery schools located in Erdington and Great Barr, starting from the new academic year.

About the role:
Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate
Working within a nurturing and stimulating EYFS environment across either nursery site
Supporting children through play-based learning and meaningful experiences
Encouraging children's communication, language, social and emotional development
Working alongside experienced and dedicated early years professionals

What we're looking for:
We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner who genuinely loves working with young children. You'll be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping children thrive during their earliest years of education.
You will:
Hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification
Have recent experience working within a Nursery or EYFS setting (within the last 2 years, with references)
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Support children's communication, language, and personal development
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and the wider nursery team
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
Demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Be committed, reliable, and flexible in your approach
Ideally be local to the area or able to travel easily
Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essentialThe successful candidate will share the schools' commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, respected, and supported. You will be joining settings where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their full potential through carefully planned learning experiences and high-quality interactions.
