As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support communication and language, personal and social development, physical skills and early learning.

Set up creative and sensory play opportunities

Encourage children to explore, talk and cooperate

Observe children and respond to their next steps

Provide attentive support with care routines

Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing as daily priorities

Requirements for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

The right Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be qualified to Level 3 in childcare or early years and will bring warmth, initiative and sound professional judgement. You should work well with colleagues and communicate respectfully with families.
