Level 3 Early Years Educator

Role Overview:

A high quality day nursery, in a peaceful rural setting are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Level 3 Early Years Educators to join their friendly nursery team. You will help provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children aged 0 to 5 years can play, learn, and grow.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework daily. Act as a Key Person to build strong bonds with a designated group of children. Track and record progress using learning journeys, sharing updates with parents and carers. Plan creative, fun, and age–appropriate play activities. Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of all children. Maintain strong, professional partnerships with parents and team members.

Requirements

Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years recognised qualification. Solid working knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development. Clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Good communication and organizational skills. Paediatric First Aid certificate (if qualified after 30/06/2016)
