About the School:

A calm, patient and resilient approach, with high expectations for every student

Confidence supporting students with behaviour that challenges and helping them regulate

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential - the role may involve travelling between sites)

A CACHE qualification, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent is desirable

A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people

To Be Eligible You Must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Have an enhanced DBS certificate already on the update service is preferred, or be willing to apply for a new one
