Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner

Contract: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available

Location: Hertfordshire

What you'll be doing as a Nursery Practitioner:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Create a warm, caring, and stimulating environment where children feel safe and excited to learn.

Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's development and curiosity.

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Observe and track each child's progress, celebrating milestones and identifying next steps.

Help with daily routines such as mealtimes, naptimes, and outdoor play.

Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always met.

Every day is different in a nursery you could be painting, storytelling, exploring the garden, or supporting a child's first big achievement. It's a role full of joy, energy, and rewarding moments.

What we're looking for:

Level 2 Early Years Qualification

A genuine passion for working with young children

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality

Team spirit and good communication skills

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply-don't worry, you can start working while it's being processed, and it's usually returned within 20 days)
