What You'll Be Doing

Provide tailored support to students in one–on–one and group settingsWork closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning outcomesMonitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed.Create a positive, inclusive classroom environmentAssist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role(Optional) Background in healthcare or care work is a bonusStrong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support
