Salary: £460 – £600 per week

Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and group support, helping students engage with lessons, complete tasks, and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support students with classroom activities and learning tasks.

• Provide targeted support for students requiring additional help.

• Assist with monitoring behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual learning strategies.

• Promote independence, confidence, and engagement among students.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting students in a classroom setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, flexibility, and empathy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.

• Commitment to student development and achievement.
