About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-on-one support to students

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing classroom dynamics and encouraging good behaviour.

Prepare teaching materials and organise resources to enhance learning experiences.

Assist in assessing students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.

Follow individual care and medical plans, administering medication and supporting personal care needs as required.

Foster student independence and utilise effective communication techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Relevant experience working in an educational setting.

Understanding of special education needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

Relevant qualifications in education.
