Location: March, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 06:00 – 18:00, 4 on 4 off

Hourly Rate: £15.95

Duration: Permanent

Job Duties:

* Ensure daily production targets and customer orders are consistently met.

* Oversee packing operations, maintaining product quality and correct specifications.

* Monitor team performance and drive improvements to meet operational goals.

* Ensure all team members follow SOPs and meet performance expectations.

* Carry out regular performance reviews and identify training needs

* Accurately complete and check production paperwork and control sheets.

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience in a leadership role within FMCG environment

* Comfortable hitting targets, monitoring and interpreting KPIs

* Previous experience using an ERP system is highly beneficial

* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and safety.

* Experience operating and overseeing production machinery
