About the Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

*

Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

*

Support students with their social and emotional development as well as their academic progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting is desirable.

A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine interest in helping students achieve their potential.
