The Role - Learning Mentor

Qualiteach are looking for a Learning Mentor to join one of our SEMH schools based in White City on a long-term, full-time basis. As a Learning Mentor, you will be working closely with students who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, providing emotional, behavioural and academic support both inside and outside of the classroom. You will be expected to build positive relationships with students, support them with emotional regulation strategies and encourage engagement with learning.

As a Learning Mentor, you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service and experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs for at least 1 academic year.

The School - Learning Mentor

The school is an SEMH provision based in White City catering for students aged 11-16 years old. The school provides a supportive and structured environment for students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. xjnqpsq Staff work collaboratively to ensure students are able to achieve both academically and personally, with regular CPD and training opportunities available.
