The role covers Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leader, Operations Manager and Associate Project Manager apprenticeship standards.

Set clear learning goals and provide practical, constructive feedback.

Hold regular progress reviews with learners and employers.

Maintain accurate learner records, including assessments, progress reviews and off-the-job training.

Contribute to quality assurance and improvements to learning materials.

You’ll work predominantly from home, with travel to training centres, employer premises and learner workshops when required. Some flexibility outside usual working hours may occasionally be needed, with reasonable notice.

What you’ll need

Experience delivering apprenticeships and/or working within an apprenticeship provider, either as an employee or subcontractor.

An Award in Education and Training or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards one within an agreed timeframe.

Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different learner needs.

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and work towards KPIs.
