KS2 Teaching Assistant – Level 3 Qualified

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school with an immediate start available.

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting.

The Role

Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities

Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required

Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and academic skills

Supporting children with their social and emotional development

Assisting with classroom organisation and creating a positive learning environment

Building strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

The Ideal Candidate

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

Previous experience working within a primary school, particularly KS2

A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their potential

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Patient, caring and enthusiastic

Able to start immediately

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
