Support pupils during interventions aimed at boosting their social, emotional, and academic development.
Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and confident.
Assist during break times and lunchtime to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Key Requirements:
Experience working with children, ideally within a Key Stage 1 setting, is essential.
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, or similar) is preferred, though experience working with children is equally valued.
