Randstad Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Preston. This long-term role is ideal for a teacher who is committed to shaping young minds and making a lasting impact during the crucial early years of primary education.

Your Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher:

Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in line with the national curriculum

Support and inspire pupils, including those with additional needs

Create a nurturing classroom environment where children feel confident and supported

Promote good behaviour, curiosity, and a love of learning

Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals

Contribute to the wider school community and ethos

What We're Looking For:

Relevant qualifications (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum

Recent classroom-based experience

A commitment to pupil progress, wellbeing, and inclusion

Two references from the last five years (one must be child-safeguarding based)
