The organisation works across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale, helping participants build the foundations they need to progress towards sustainable work.

About the Role

As a Job Coach, you’ll provide individualised support to help participants build confidence, develop practical workplace skills and prepare for the next stage of their employment journey.

You’ll work closely with participants to understand their needs, identify areas for development and encourage steady progress towards realistic employment goals.

Key responsibilities include:

*

Supporting the development of communication, teamwork, time management and other workplace skills.

*

Working with participants to set achievable goals and monitor their progress.

*

Helping individuals understand workplace expectations and prepare for employment.

*

Maintaining accurate records of coaching sessions, participant progress and agreed actions.

*

Collaborating with colleagues and support services to help participants overcome barriers and progress.

Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a supportive and motivating professional with experience in job coaching, employability, mentoring or a similar people-focused role.

You’ll ideally have:

*

Experience providing one-to-one support, coaching or mentoring.

*

An understanding of employability skills and the challenges people may face when preparing for work.

*

The ability to build trust, motivate participants and encourage positive change.

*

Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A patient, flexible and person-centred approach to supporting different needs.

*

Good organisational skills and the ability to monitor progress effectively.

*

A genuine commitment to helping people develop confidence and move towards employment.

Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, skills or employment support programmes would be beneficial.

Why Apply?

*

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

*

Permanent role: Enjoy the stability of full-time employment.

*

Make a difference: Help individuals build confidence and prepare for work.

*
