Description
My client, a national services based business are looking for an HR helpdesk team leader for their site in Manchester.
This role will involve overseeing a team of HR administrators taking calls from the wider business on Employment Law and Employee Relations queries.
You will need the following experience:
Employment Law Employee Relations Running a help desk team Using a ticketing system RTW/DBS/Reference checking system HRIS Experience with high volume calls within a regulated sector CIPD qualified If you are interested in this role and have the relavent experience please apply
