Our client is a qualified Montessori Childminder herself and is very passionate about children learning through play the old fashioned way.

She is opening up a medium sized 44 place nursery, initially though with 20-25 children, is due to open in end of October, early November , the pre inspection from Ofsted is end of October.

We’re on the lookout for a qualified and passionate Nursery Assistants with level 3 to join a brand new nursery in Northolt. This is your chance to work in a nurturing environment where your skills matter and your growth is a priority.

The founder is hands on and a very down to earth individual who is present and can also be contacted by phone anytime.

What Nursery Assistants Be Doing:

Supporting children aged 6Months to 5years old with fun, creative, and meaningful learning experiences

Creating a safe, stimulating space that encourages development

Building strong bonds with children and families

Bringing the EYFS framework to life through play and planning

What Nursery Assistants Need:

NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) in Childcare / Early Years

At least 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting

Solid understanding of the EYFS

A kind heart, great communication, and endless patience

What Nursery Assistants Get:
