The Role - HLTA
A specialist secondary SEMH school in Enfield is seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to join their team. As a HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and providing 1:1 support where needed.
The successful HLTA will play a key role in supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs, helping them re-engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals to ensure consistency and support for all pupils. Strong behaviour management, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships are essential for this role.
