HLTA - KS1 & KS2

Location: Peterborough and nearby areas

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary & long-term roles | Monday to Friday

Pay: £100-£125 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in Peterborough, supporting both KS1 and KS2.

We have a variety of opportunities available, including short-term cover, long-term placements, and PPA cover, starting immediately

The Role:

Supporting class teachers across KS1 and KS2

Delivering pre-planned lessons and providing PPA cover

Working with small groups or whole classes

Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds an HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

Confident working across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2

Reliable, proactive, and passionate about education

Strong classroom management skills
