Working pattern: Assignments matched to your availability and experience.Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff, helping pupils engage with learning and build confidence.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support with teacher-planned learning activities.

Help pupils understand instructions using resources and strategies agreed with the class team.

Support communication, emotional regulation and positive classroom routines.

Observe pupils' responses and share clear feedback with teachers and SENCOs.What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant

A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology or a related subject.

A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is curious, patient and ready to take feedback from experienced staff.

Previous school experience is welcome but not essential; relevant volunteering, tutoring or youth work is useful.
